I do not see the cancel plan button after going through the steps mentioned. It asks me to contact support and thus I am here.

As per the description above, you are not able to cancel the Adobe PDFPack subscription, Is that correct?
I have checked the records with your current Adobe ID and found that there is a billing issue with the current Adobe PDFPack subscription as we were not able to charge for the subscription due to less credit in the card you have in the account.
This is the reason you were not getting the cancel option for the subscription.

For cancellation, you may have to contact the Adobe support team via Contact Customer Care Sign in with your Adobe ID, choose Account Issue>cancel my membership>show my contact options.
