Cannot convert 63MB PDF to Excel

I am trying to convert a PDF file that is 63MB using the Adobe Export PDF program. After many unsuccesful tries I do not know what to do. Can anyone assist in this matter?

If it is possible could you share that Excel file with us, you may upload the file on a Cloud Shared drive like Dropbox or OneDrive etc.. create a public link and share it with us.
