What happens when you are trying to download the converted file?

I believe you are using the web browser to convert the pdf file to word? https://cloud.acrobat.com/

You may try the following-

1- Change the web browser that you are using currently.

2- There might be some issue with the internet connection, so please cross check whether you have the proper connection enabled or not?

3- Turn the antivirus software off for a while (if any) and check agai

3- Turn the antivirus software off for a while (if any) and check again.
