cannot get customer service

online and within 15 minutes I  a Adobe product online and within 15 minutes I emailed asking for cancellation. That email was returned undeliverable. I've tried multiple times to contact customer service I cannot find a phone number when I go online it just loops in the website and you never get away to cancel when I finally went to manage accounts and cancelled it there it showed a cancellation date a year from now however the email said that if you cancel within 30 days you get a full refund but they have not refunded my money and I can't get ahold of anybody. Does anybody have a phone number or a direct email to customer service?

Please make sure you click the big blue button labelled as 'Still need help? Contact Us' after selecting the first two option and then you can contact our customer care via phone or chat.
