I have Acrobat Pro DC as well as Reader 2015.007.    When I'm on a web page I cannot launch a pdf and I cannot convert the page to pdf using the menu icon.  Error message is:  Windows cannot find ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\AcroTray.exe’

Hi David,

Let me know the version of operating system installed on your computer?

And what do you exactly mean by ' When I'm on a web page I cannot launch a pdf ', are you trying to view the pdf in web browser?

Please try to repair the installation under Help menu.

Help -> Repair Installation.

Sorry for delay Aadesh,

Windows 7.

Repair installation didn't work.

If I'm on a website and they have a link to a pdf file, I can't launch Acrobat and see that file.   The message I get is the one I mentioned in the earlier message.

What I do know is that the Dell laptop has a default setting for protected work areas.   I have previously received a message that they support versions 9-11 of Reader, but not the one I installed.

Also, in "manage add-ons" on IE, I can enable Acrobat Reader, but it isn't really loaded.

Also, in setting up default programs, I can't enable Acrobat
