Please let me know which Browser you are using and its version.
Have you checked with a different browser if possible?

Please clear the browser cache and try to log in directly to Acrobat Pro, PDF Pack, Export PDF & More | Acrobat Document Solutions using your Adobe ID and password. Also, make sure that there are no firewall/proxy settings that are limiting your access to the Internet.

Hi done all of that (in fact also even changed my password), logged in via both Safari and Chrome, to no effect
I am able to get access to all sites so no firewall issues
Basically for me Adobe Content Viewer is useless as I cannot vie some of the Adobe.TV movies I want to watch off line .....
