I have a PDF that is showing the "not supported or damaged file" error. I received this pdf through a USB drive. It is very difficult for me to request the document again. Is there a way this error can be fixed? I use Adobe version 2021.007.20099 on Windows 10 Pro

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.
As you receive the PDF via the USB and receive an error when trying to open it via Acrobat. Please check if you can open the file in any other application like MS Word.
Please share the screenshot of the error message that you receive and ensure that you are opening a PDF file not any other format file.
If possible share the PDF file with us so we can check it at our end.
