I think I am locked out of the eSign service. I tried resetting, but when I went to sign in, it said bad password or locked out. How do I unlock myself?

Hi David,
I have checked your account details and everything seems fine at my end, i would recommend you to go to the sign-in page again and click on the 'I forgot my password' Link and try resetting your password again.
If you still face any challenges, Please e-mail me the screenshot of the error message at dim85451@adobe.com
