Catalan language in Adobe PDF Services

How can I export a Catalan PDF file into a Word document, using Adobe PDF Services ?

You can use the Export PDF service. The language of the document doesn't really matter.

Well, in fact it does matter, for the result using an other language

(French/ Spanish) is just unreadable, once the PDF has been turned into

a word doc.

Are you running Text Recognition (OCR) on the file? If so, then yes, it matters. If the file already contains "real" text then it shouldn't matter...

When I use Adobe Web service, I am asked to choose the language of the doc, and as there is no Catalan in the list, the result is very disappointing.

I tried with a pro DC version uploaded on my computer and the result is no better.

There is no choice in the running I am afraid. Should I mention it is for a Mac?
