Why did certain PDF's turn black in my documents file?

As mentioned some of the PDFs are showing black on Document Cloud. So is it the entire document color is in black or only some content showing black?

How you have been accessing the document cloud? Through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC or the online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent

Try accessing it through- https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent  and see of that helps.
