Charging my card but not giving me my order

I paid for an annual plan for Adobe Professional and it charged my credit card, but Adobe tells me that I have no orders under my account. Help!!

sign in using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription and start downloading your files, Adobe: Creative, marketing, and document management solutions

if your cc desktop app shows you're installing trials and your payment is more than 1 business day old, contact adobe support by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
