Cloud Document log in

I have the Adobe app, i use the document cloud all the time, now every time i switch the screen i have to log in, every time all the time, im using my Samsung  note 8

Hi Gb,

What you have explained above, that might be a temporary issue with the app. Because once you "Sign In" in the "Document Cloud" storage using the Adobe ID and password, it should log you out during switches unless you don't remove app.

You may check the application's updates and if that doesn't help then, try uninstalling reinstalling the application once.

Hi!

I did all of this and it still doing the same, its not a temporary issue, it's doing it all the time.

I did update, i also uninstall and install and it didnt help!
