combine pdf conversion error

Hey Guys,

I keep getting the error below when trying to upload to the combine PDF section. Tried restarting with no luck.

Thoughts? I ran windows defender and did not detect an error.

Hi Craigb,

As you get the error message when you try to upload a file to combine, so does that file locally saved on your computer or you is that a document cloud file?

Also, what is the size of the file? Is it the only file which causes error or happens with multiple document?

Check with the different file and the file size shouldn't be more than 100 MB File size limitations

As the error message indicates above, it seems to be a issue with the file or my be its corrupted. But still would suggest you to try with a different web browser- https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf
