Come fare per sapere file di Acrobat.com?

Avevo scaricato Acrobat.com per l'istallazione di poste Key (firma crittografata). Ora hop dovuto fare una formattazione del PC sistema W 7 e sto reistallando tutto. Con Acrobat.com non c'è nulla da fare perché mi chiede il file ed io non lo conosco, l'ho dimenticato. Per riaverlo mi hanno detto sul sito di cliccare workspaces.acrobat.com, ma mi da la finestra delle immagini e devo scrivere io il files. Cosa scrivo se non lo ricordo? Attendo una vs/ risposta.
