When opening a PDF file from SharePoint in via https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ it happens frequently that some of the comments in a file are invisible on the document.
We've tested the behavior in different ways:
-Use another webbrowser
-Use another PC
-Use another network
-Use different PDF files
-Use different SharePoint sites where the PDF files are stored
In all cases, the same behavior happens.
In other PDF viewers such as directly within SharePoint or through the Adobe Acrobat desktop client, the comments are always visible.
In order to get the comments to show in the Adobe Cloud viewer, we could zoom in/out the document which results in the comments showing up immediately at their correct locations in the document.
What causes this and how can it be solved?

As you have tested the behavior in different ways, please share a few more pieces of information so we can investigate this issue:
- Does this happens with some particular PDFs?
- Did you notice this behavior recently?
- Could you share the screen recording of the complete workflow from opening PDF to zooming out to view the comments?
- It would be helpful if you could share any sample file with us to replicate the behavior.
