Hi stantarcangelo,

Are you creating a PDF form? If so, what are you using to create it? With FormsCentral, there is no form field option for creating a multi-column text field (you can do multi-line, but not columns).

Please provide a few specifics about what you're using, and what you're trying to create, and we will do what we can to help.
