Hi Valdir jose,

I checked your account, but didn't see an ExportPDF subscription under the email address that you use here in the forums. Is it possible that you signed up using a different email address? Or, did you get ExportPDF as an in-app purchase from Adobe Reader for mobile? (If you did get it as in in-app purchase, then you'd need to contact the app store about problems with your account.)
