Export PDF is an online service, that you can use online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Also, you can install the desktop application Adobe Reader DC on new computer and continue using your subscription.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

In order to activate your subscription you need to Sign In in the application using your Adobe ID and password.
