Is there any specific error message or error code while printing the PDF file?

Let me know the version of Acrobat/Reader you are using to print the PDF files?

Try the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this KB doc. Acrobat and Reader Help / Troubleshoot PDF printing | Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Reader.
