i want to connect my fill and sign that is on my phone connect it to my mac book how do i do that

As its a mobile device and you are unable to access Fill & Sign, could you please confirm how you have been trying to access the Fill & Sign on device? Online via web browser or using the mobile app Fill & Sign?

Check whether you are signed in the mobile app using the correct email address or not?
