conversie mislukt (van pdf naar word)

Na een aantal weken zonder problemen documenten converteren, krijg ik nu bij elke pdf die ik wil converteren een foutmelding. Het converteren start wel, maar wordt na ongeveer 10 seconden afgebroken met de melding Conversie mislukt.

De volgende foutmelding wordt getoond:

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service, try exporting the PDF file through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

Are you trying to export the PDF using the freeware Adobe Reader application or through the online URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf ?

Have you tried exporting any other PDF file or you are getting the 'conversion error' with one specific PDF?

If you are using Adobe Reader application and getting this error message, sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader and check for any pending updates from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and then try converting the PDF file.

If the error comes during conversion of one PDF, Is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can test it at our end?
