conversion failure from pdf to word

I keep getting a "conversion failure" message trying to convert from pdf to a word document

May i know which application of Adobe you are using to convert the file. How big file is and what is your exact work flow.

Version 11.0 and the doc is 284 pages landscape

Is it the Microsoft word document if it is what is the version of Microsoft office package you are using.

Just for the test please break the document and try convert again. Currently we have the latest update 11.0.06. Have you tried update Acrobat yet.

Please let me know the result.

Windows Version 7. I am using Acrobat 11.0.6

Open Word document, Click on File > Info > Check for Issues > Inspect document

And check.
