Conversion failure when exporting form adobe acrobat DC to word

When exporting form adobe acrobat DC to word I get a "Conversion failure" during the upload phase of the process.

This works in document cloud, just not online with adobe acrobat.

All current updates are installed.

Are you trying to export the PDF using Acrobat DC or the freeware Adobe Reader desktop application? I have checked the records with your Adobe ID(email address) and found that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service only, no license/subscription of Acrobat DC.

Are you trying to export the PDF using Acrobat DC or the freeware Adobe Reader desktop application? I have checked the records with your Adobe ID(email address) and found that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service only, no license/subscription of Acrobat DC.

Assuming you are using Adobe Reader desktop application, sign out from Adobe Reader and reboot the machine, sign back in Adobe Reader and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and try exporting the PDF file.

If you still experience any issue, remove Adobe Reader using Acrobat cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution and try exporting the PDF file.
