CONVERSION FAILURE

I have been trying to convert my PDF file into a word document and have tried it multiple times, only to get the message that there is a conversion failure. Can you help me with this, so that I can figure out why this is happening?

I would be happy to help. Can you tell me a bit more about the file that you're converting? How large is it (file size, number of pages)? Does it contain a mix of text and images?
