Conversion failure

Hi

I'm attempting to use Acrobat Reader DC in convert a PDF to excel. I've also attempted to upload the document to the cloud and then convert and used different browsers.

On all attempts the document uploads but conversion fails, the document is 1.08mb.

Any ideas?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are getting conversion failure error while converting a PDF file to Excel, Is that correct?

Please try converting any other PDF file to Excel using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and see if the issue is reproducible?

Is the issue is specific to one PDF file or with all the PDF file? For testing purpose, you can try exporting the PDF file to Excel on your mobile device and see if you get any error message.

If it is specific to one PDF file, is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can try it at our end? To share the PDF file refer to How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud
