I am getting a conversion failure when I try to convert documents from pfd to word.

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID, try exporting the PDF through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

Refer to the following KB doc and try the suggestion File conversion error | ExportPDF

Is it specific to one PDF file or with all the PDF file? Have you tried exporting any other PDF?

If it is specific to one PDF file, Is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can try it at our end?

No meu aparece que o arquivo é muito grande ou muito complexo para ser convertido para word. Mas tem apenas 7 Mb

Have you tried with another PDF file? Is it specific to one PDF file?
