Conversion from Publisher to pdf failed but it doesn't tell my why it failed. Why did the conversion fail?

Were you trying to convert via the Adobe PDF Pack web interface, via Adobe Reader, or using Adobe Acrobat? How large is the Publisher file?

If you're using the Adobe PDF Pack user interface, you can try clearing the browser cache, and then logging back in to https://cloud.acrobat.com. If the file still won't convert, I would be happy to take a look at it here. Please let me know, and I'll send you my contact details in a private message.
