Convert button missing on pdf.file

I purchased the pdf export. Normally I can convert pdf. files under "tool" but the button is not there any more. It only happened this afternoon.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, the convert button is missing in Adobe Reader, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF subscription, you can access the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

In Adobe Reader, please sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, restart the machine after the installation of updates and try exporting the PDF file.
