Convert pdf to excel conversion error

Hello, 

License plan: Adobe for Enterprise 

Acrobat pro and Acrobat pdf pack

From my adobe account online I am trying to convert a pdf file to excel with an average file size of around 1 - 1.5 MB and the conversion takes long time like 15 - 30 minutes and then throws an 'error converting to excel'  message and fails. 

The pdf file is in tablular format with 30 columns and around 2500 lines. 

Note, The conversion works fine when the file size is around 0.5 mb.

Please check and let us know if the issue occurs with a particular file or file from a specific source. 

You may try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Try an alternate or new incognito window on Chrome. See if that helps.

If the issue still occurs, share the sample PDF with us so we can get it checked.
