convert pdf to word

I am trying to convert my PDF to Word. But nothing happens when I click the button.

It works for other files, but it doesn't work for a particular file. What wrong with that file?

If you are still experencing the issue, please share that PDF with us. We would like to check it on our end.

As it happens with a particular file, need to check what exaclty creating the issue.

You may upload the file to Document Cloud and generate a link using the share option. Then share that link with us here.

Also, please confirm if you are converting the file online on Document Cloud or on the desktop application.
