Convert PDF to Word

I am trying to convert a PDF document into Word (docx).  I am a paid subscriber (renewed yesterday), but I am not allowed to load the file without re-subscribing! Help!

I checked your account and all is in order there. Are you trying to log in via a browser or via Adobe Reader? If you're using Reader, please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates in the upper-right corner. You'll want to have version 11.0.07 or later, as earlier versions could cause sign in errors.

If you're trying to log in via  browser, please clear the cache and try again.
