I downloaded the AdobeM Convert Excel but the converted files won't open.  They have an xlxs end.  I run Windows XP.   What can I do about this?

Hi,

Do you have Microsoft Excel 2007/2010, or 2003 on your XP?

If you have Excel 2003 below site may help you:

Thank you.

Thank you for your response. I am most annoyed at Adobe that they did

not mention during the process what specific operating system I should

have before I bought the product. If you could let me know if there is

someone should contact regarding this I would be most grateful.

Dear Diane,

Would you please clarify which Adobe product you are referring to?  In your post, you mention that you downloaded the "AdobeM Convert Excel"?

Are you referring to the Adobe ExportPDF online service? If yes, there is nothing to download in order to access and use the service. You simply sign in with your Adobe ID here.

Regarding required Operating System and other System Requirements in order to use the Adobe ExportPDF service, you can find all the details listed on the System Requirements Page.

Please let us know if this helps and if there is any additional information we can provide,

Regards,

Laura.

Hi

It is as you say Adobe ExportPDF and I paid my £12.60 or whatever it was

into to access the program. Unfortunately at no time was I informed

that I needed specific specifications in order for it to work. I cannot

open the .xlsx files on my computer my Excel program is 2002 I believe.

I just feel rather aggrieved that I bought something I cannot use.
