I have just downloaded the free trial and I am wanting to convert a PDF document into a Word document.  When I click on convert it does nothing.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi yvies,

My guess is that you're doing nothing wrong. Are you converting via the ExportPDF website or from within Adobe Reader? If you're using a browser, please log out, clear the cache, and then try again. You might also want to try a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers). If you're using Reader, please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates in Reader. You should have Reader 11.0.09.

Please let us know how it goes.

Best,

Sara

Hi Sara

It keeps coming up purchase failed?  I downloaded a free trial as I want to see if it does all I want it to do.  Should I uninstall it and try again, as I do know I had to shut the laptop down and take it somewhere else to carry on working, but it looked like it had finished.  Yeah I am going to try and do that right now.  Will get back to you when I have had another shot of doing this.  Oh but then I wonder if I try downloading it again it might come up that I have already had a free trial.  I better wait to hear back from you.

Thanks

Yvie
