Converting a pdf to word

I bought the Adobe PDF conversion packet expecting to be able to convert a pdf to an editable word document but the converted document is not editable. What can I do to make it editable?

As per the description above, you are not able to edit a Word document after converting it from PDF, Is that correct?

I have checked your record with your current Adobe ID and found that the Adobe PDFPack subscription on your Adobe ID is canceled and inactive. If you try to convert the PDF file to Word, you will get an error message to subscribe the services.

To subscribed, you may refer to Online PDF converter, convert from web or Acrobat Reader | Adobe PDF Pack
