I have subscribed to Adobe Export PDF which is expiring in June 2018. When I try to convert a PDF to word, it takes me to the subscription page. I am logged in while doing this, so obviouly not recognising that I am a paid-up subscriber. I've done a conversion a few months ago and it worked then. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Danielv,

Sorry for the delayed response.

Could you confirm if you aren't trying to export pdf in Adobe Acrobat application: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC If yes, install Reader DC from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution and try again.

You may also export pdf in a web browser using this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Thank You,

Shivam
