In our workplace we are currently experiencing a issue where when we export a file using the Windows Desktop Application it is not converting everytime and we end up having a spinning circle.
Our IT Support Team have checked and there is nothing in our firewall stopping the conversion.

Could you please check the conversion via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf using a different web browser.
Have you also checked the same on different machines? If not then try the conversion on different machine and for testing purpose use a different network for a while.
