Hi,

Please try activating Acrobat again.

Open Acrobat -> Go to Help -> Deactivate.

Now, re-launch the Acrobat and again Go to Help -> Activate.

Check if that makes any difference.

Regards,

Anoop

I have the same problem.

There is no 'acivate' under my HELP tab.

When I click on 'sign in' a box appears momentarily on the screen then disappears.

Hi colinj,

Did you download Acrobat DC or Acrobat Reader? It's not necessary to activate Reader, but you would need a subscription to access the PDF to Word conversion option.

Best,

Sara
