corrupt conversion from pdf to word

nothing that a forum will help. I susbscribe to the conversion service, but many conversions are corrupt. in particular, whole blocks of text are dropped, and not included in the final word document. This post is to alert the Adobe staff responsible, since there is no other way to do so

Is the issue specific to one PDF conversion, or is it with all the PDF? If it is specific to one PDF, is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can try it at our end?

To share the PDF file, use Adobe Send feature, upload the file, share the link to PDF via Private message How Do I Send Private Message

For troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...
