Create a PDF?

I am trying to creat a PDF file. It seems to only want to allow me to convert a file to PDF?!!!

Two Ways to Create PDF Files...

1. Use Adobe Acrobat & you can download the Trial from Adobe.com and use it for 30 days for Free.

2. Use CreatePDF Online Service.

The Create PDF functionality that is part of the PDF Pack service allows you to create a PDF file from another file. It will not change the original file.

Note: it is not an authoring tool for creating PDF files from scratch.
