Creating PDF online with web links inside ? problem for me and urgent, thanks.

With Adobe Acrobat (test period), no problem, and no problem to read them with Adobe reader.

Hi Jean-Ignace,

I see you are using PDF Pack. Are you experiencing a specific error message? Have you been able to create other PDF's?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Kind regards, Stacy

Thanks to come to me about this.

yes I've paid one year to use PDF Pack, but I see thats not possible to have web link active inside the pdf document. It's not active online and nore with Acrobat reader on my computer.

Do not hesitate to look at the 2 examples on my pdf pack account, or how can I sent it to you ?

I also try Acrobat test version on my computer and the web links are actives (after created with the software on my computer). And it's working and active with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Thanks for yout information,

Kind regards, Jean-Ignace

Hello,

can you send me an answer ?

I thing I will buy Acrobat on my computer, because there is no solution with Acrobat.Com to create Internet link in the pdf file !!!

So, I will ask to Acrobat a discount for my next purchase, because I'm not happy with Acrobat.COM. Who can I contact about this or how to do ?

Thanks for your help,

Jean-Ignace
