I have a current subscription to PDF Pack, but I'm unable to use any of the included functionality - currently trying to merge 5 PDF docs into one - when I go to do that, I keep getting prompted to 'Start Trial' - how do I use the applications I've already paid for?

Thank you,

Lou G.

Hi Lougiam,

We have checked your account and found Adobe PDF Pack subscription registered under it. You may check the application you are working on, whether it is Acrobat Reader DC or Acrobat DC?

You can start using the service following the steps suggested below-

1- PDF Pack is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Sign Out and Sign In once.

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
