Adobe, please please get your Customer Care sorted out.  If you need an expert contact me - our business does gap analysis and training in processes.  The online chat is very hard to access, and we (your customers) are getting very frustrated with no getting answers quickly (two weeks it has taken me to get my licence reactivated).
