Data Collection Error Message

Cause of acrobat.com error message "The data collection workflow has ended and data is no longer being accepted"? I have 12 pdf forms collecting responses (using Acrobat 9 Pro) and have received this message twice in the last week with two different forms. I've renamed the forms and redistributed them and they appear to work fine... for now. Am I hitting a limit? Collecting less that 100 responses per form.

could you fix your problem? I'm fcing the same issu right now! But I don't have very high number of responses. so i don't know what happened!!!

I have 4 outstanding forms that all have the same message.  It just started this week!  Is the only resolution to start over?

Having the same problem, except that mine were published with Acrobat X Pro.  Does anyone have any answers?  Is this something Adobe is going to fix?
