DC form won't allow ink signature

I recently downloaded Acrobat DC and a form that I had used before the upgrade always allowed me to easily drag and drop in an ink signature. Now that the form is opened in DC, the right hand column states, "You have opened a fillable PDF form. This form does not let you drag and drop saved information." Therefore, when I go to the FILL & SIGN option, it won't pull up options for adding an ink signature, only creating a Digital ID and using that. I want it to add the ink signature and I'm not sure what's wrong with the form. I've tried re-creating the form, but nothing helps. The form was originally created in InDesign CC. Any help would be appreciated. I did the acrobat DC fill and sign tutorial and that went fine, but my actual form won't work like the sample file form (Fill and sign forms anywhere | Adobe Acrobat DC tutorials). Thanks.

I have the same issue.  The only way I have found a regular work-around is to open up the document from the adobe.com signed-in site and pull a file from my computer to work on through the cloud service.  While it is not ideal (due to cloud security issues for highly sensitive documents), it is the only reliable work-around we have found to date.

Thank you so much for your help! That did the trick. It's certainly not the most convenient, I wish it worked like that without going through the cloud, but at least I got it to do what I needed. Thank you so much for taking the time to reply.
