Delete shapes created as guest

Hi, I have a question about a shape/drawing created by a guest in an online PDF document.

Someone drew a shape in out company's shared document as a guest, and now we cannot delete it. 

We also tried to open the document in offline Acrobat Pro, but we still cannot delete the shape.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As you have mentioned above, there is a shape/ drawing added on the PDF by a guest. Could you please confirm how exactly it was added? What option or tool he was using to add the drawing on the PDF?

Fortunately, I have been informed that the problem is solved.

Apparently, the creator of the file have the rights to delete this shape. I do not have the file available with me (a friend asked me to ask in this forum), so I apologize if I cannot give further information/details, as I don't know how exactly they deleted it.
