deleted shared file

I uploaded a document to the adobe document cloud and shared the link with myself.

I was able to delte the document from my documents. However, the document still appears under "shared" and the link is still functional.

How can I actually remove this document and ensure the link is not functional?

How can I delete old scanned PDF documents from the store accessed through email paper clips. This store is full and has no further provision for extra.
