As i was able to understand the issue from the description above, you are facing issue when converting a pdf to excel, is that correct?

Could you share more details on the issue you are facing? Are you exporting pdf in adobe reader desktop application or in a web browser? Does this happen with a specific pdf file? Have you tried with another file to check if its not a file specific issue?
