Hi

I've tried the solutions posted by other regarding disabling the web based Acrobat Pro but the options don't show as per their instructions e.g. click on 3 dots in upper left corner or go to settings - privacy & security - ' site setting'.

I have to recreate a form every time I want to use it as it doesn't save as a template ' when asked' or on my local drive.

Very annoying.

HELP!

Hi steve37379157eqw0,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please let us know if you are experiencing issues in creating the template or need help disabling the Acrobat web version.

By disabling the web version, are you referring to the Acrobat add-in on the browser? If yes, refer to the steps suggested under the title "Enable or Disable Acrobat Extension for Chrome" in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3xXsO6e

If you are using an alternate browser, let us know.

It would be helpful if you could share more information about what you are trying and what is not working for you. A screenshot or video will really help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
