To Whom It May Concern,
I am extremely dissatisfied with the Adobe conversion production, I tried it several times and it failed (corrupted files) - then I found out my account had auto-renewal on - this is a rip-off and would like my account credited (only now found out I had auto-renew after disputing a charge I did not recognize - is this how you run a business ? )
