Do I have the Extract feature in Adobe PDF Pack online?

Hi, I have Adobe PDF pack online and when I select "organize pages" it forwards me to helpdesk...does it mean I don't have the Extract feature in my pack? How can I extract pages with my pack?

As per the description above, you are not able to organize pdf pages with Adobe PDFPack services, Is that correct?
